Chipmunks are abounding in the midwest - on bike paths - hurling their little bodies out of the way, in back yards - chewing on nuts and hiding under sheds, and on Land of Cute - just being x-tra cute.

they are all over the zoos, too. it makes me so happy when one pops up!
I love to see the little chippies in my yard. They "boing" and bounce all over! I think we mostly have Eastern Chipmunks here.
