This is my friend Julio (named after the Paul Simon song). He lives in some vegetation by our apartment and comes out a couple of hours a day to sniff around and eat stuff. Is he a woodchuck or a muskrat?

Our boss is scared of squirrels. I feel bad laughing since I am afraid of weird things too, but come on! Squirrels? While he was out of the office yesterday we decided to play a prank on him. We made a HUGE print of this picture (found on google images) and taped it over his computer monitor. I hope he doesn't decide to get revenge someday...

This gorgeous kitten is one of eight that was abandoned by an irresponsible owner at Prairie Fest. They were left in a wire cage with a sign that read "Kittens FREE take one" They are now at a vet clinic for lack of anywhere else to go. They are sweet, people-friendly and social.
